How do I reset my password on the Info-Tech cloud portal?
Click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. Enter your registered email address
or mobile number, then click “Send.” You will receive a link via email or SMS to reset your password. Once
updated, you can log in with your new credentials.
How can I view my payslips in the Info-Tech mobile app?
On the app’s Home screen, tap the “Payslip” icon under your name and company. You’ll see
a list of payslips by month and year. If a payslip is missing, please check with your HR to ensure it has
been published.
How do I clock in/out using the Info-Tech mobile app?
Go to the Attendance icon at the bottom of the Home screen. Choose your work location
from the dropdown. If facial recognition is required, tap the camera icon to take a selfie. Then, tap
“Clock My Time” to record your attendance.
How do I re-register my face for attendance?
Request your HR department to remove your existing face data. Once that’s cleared, you can
re-register your face. Make sure you’re in a well-lit area with a neutral background for accurate facial
recognition.
How do I apply for leave in the mobile app?
Tap the Leave icon on the Home screen, followed by “Apply Leave.” Select the leave type,
fill in the details, and tap “Apply.” Your application will be sent to your assigned approver for review.
Can I change the language in the Info-Tech app?
Yes. Go to Settings (bottom right of the Home screen), then select “Change Language.”
You can switch between English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and other available languages.
The app will refresh in your selected language.
Can I update my personal information via the mobile app?
Yes. Tap the Profile icon on the Home screen. You can view or update your details using
the “Edit” or “Add” button. Once submitted, changes will be sent to your approver for verification. After
approval, your updated information will reflect in the app.
What if my job location isn’t listed when clocking in?
Please contact your HR department to confirm or update your assigned work location in the
system.
Why isn’t the app detecting my address correctly?
The app uses Google Maps for GPS data, which depends on your phone’s GPS capabilities.
Accuracy is better outdoors. Try stepping into an open space to improve location accuracy.
Why am I not receiving Info-Tech system emails?
This could be due to email server configurations at your company. Please check with your
HR or IT team to ensure your email is correctly set up in the system.
