  • Build relationships with prospective clients

  • Responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.

  • Perform data migration works

Requirements

  • 1-2 yr experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Onsite / Desktop support
  • Those without working experience must have relevant qualifications relating to Computer Science / Information Technology
